For the past three years, paranormal investigators Fritz and Betty Shanks (Shanks Paranormal) have been taking visitors on fun and spirited tours of some of Sleepytown's most haunted locations. Providing both walking and bus tours, stops include locations in and around town. A fan favorite is the Ollister farm where visitors can frequently view mysterious objects in the night sky harassing a (sometimes pantless) Eustes in his back yard.
